Lena Fischer is the person who makes sure everything clicks into place here at Neonlong Türen. As our Operations Manager, she's in charge of keeping your door projects, big or small, on track. From when you first call us to when your new door is perfectly installed, Lena coordinates all the steps. She makes sure we deliver what we promise, on time.
Born and raised right here in Munich, Lena knows what people in our city expect. She's seen it all in the door business, learning every detail over the years. She understands why a strong, reliable door is so important – it's not just about security, it's about feeling safe in your own home or business.
Every day, Lena is busy managing our installation teams, ordering materials from suppliers, and making sure our work schedule is sensible for everyone. She likes things clear and gets straight to the point. If you have a question about when your door will be ready or how we plan the work, Lena usually has the answer, or she'll get it for you quickly.
Lena also talks a lot with our customers. She's good at explaining complex things in plain language. If a small issue comes up – which can happen in any real-world project – Lena is quick to find a practical solution. She believes in honest communication and sorting things out efficiently, without drama.

Outside of work, Lena enjoys taking walks through the Englischer Garten or sometimes heading out to the mountains for a weekend.
