Terms and Conditions for Neonlong Türen
When you work with Neonlong Türen for your special protection door, we want everything to be clear. These terms explain how we do business – from your first quote to the final installation. They're here to make sure both sides know what to expect. We keep it simple, just like we do our door installations. If you have questions, just ask.
About These Terms
These terms apply to all door supply and installation services provided by Neonlong Türen (that's us!) for customers in Munich and the nearby areas. When you ask for a quote or order a door from us, you agree to these rules. We think it's important to be straightforward, so there are no surprises.
Quotes and Your Order
When you ask us for a quote, we'll come out, check your spot, and give you a price for the door and the work. This quote is usually good for 30 days. If you're happy, you tell us, and that's your order. We'll confirm everything in writing, including the door type – maybe even a white and blue one! – and the installation details. Changes after this might change the price, so let's try to get it right the first time.
The Installation Job
Our team will install your special protection door professionally. We aim for a clean and quick job. We'll agree on a date and time. Please make sure the area around the old door is clear for us to work safely. We will remove your old door and take care of the new installation. Any changes to the structure of your building that are needed (like for a different door size) will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand. We don't do major building changes unless specified.
How Payments Work
For most projects, we ask for a deposit when you confirm your order. The rest of the payment is due when the door installation is finished and you're happy with the work. We'll give you an invoice. Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. We accept bank transfers. If payments are late, we might need to add a small fee, as is common here in Germany.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your door order or cancel it, please tell us right away. Because our special doors are often custom-ordered or prepared, cancelling after we've started work might mean a fee to cover our costs. We'll always talk to you openly about any costs involved.
Our Warranty on Work
We stand by our work. Neonlong Türen offers a 2-year warranty on the installation of your door. The door itself will come with its own manufacturer's warranty, which we'll tell you about. This means if something goes wrong because of our installation, we'll fix it for free. This warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
Our Responsibilities
We promise to install your door carefully and correctly. We are responsible for any direct damage caused by our installation work. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, like bad weather, supplier issues, or unexpected issues at your property that were not clear before we started. We also aren't responsible if you choose a door that doesn't meet specific building codes if you didn't tell us about special requirements beforehand. This isn't common, but good to say.
Resolving Issues
If you have a problem with your new door or our service, please contact us first. We want to sort things out quickly and fairly. We believe in good communication and finding a practical solution for our Munich customers.
